Alison Green - CEO & Co-Founder

Pantera Press was Alison’s creative vision and it is Alison who today drives it, together with a great team of experienced industry professionals.

John M. Green - Co-Founder

John is also a company director and a writer. He was previously a board member of publisher UNSW Press (now NewSouth Press), as well as an investment banker and a lawyer. He now sits on the Australian Publishers Association's Independent Publishers Committee.

As a writer and publisher, John has both seen and experienced the 'slush pile'. It's part of why Pantera Press aims to treat authors differently, and why we view author submissions as a diamond mine, not a slush pile... why we positively welcome unsolicited manuscripts. 

John's own debut novel, Nowhere Man, was the 6th book released by Pantera Press. It was first published in July 2010, and went into reprint later that year. His latest novel, Born to Run, was released in August 2011.
